Core Fit Method Training
Lifestyle analysis and coaching
A detailed glance of your current lifestyle and daily activities to determine what is working, what is not working and what you want to change. From this, an achievable plan is created to get you where you want to be.
Customized one-on-one or small group (maximum of 4) fitness training based on your goals and objectives. After your current fitness level is accessed, sessions will involve cardio, strength, core, stability, mobility and endurance. Training includes bodyweight movements, weights, bands, TRX, Pilates principles, BOSU and more. Core Fit Method Training is where conventional training meets functional training.
Measurements including weight, body fat calculations and girth measurements are offered at the beginning of training as well as every four weeks, depending on the program. Pictures, at client’s discretion, will be taken to show before and after results.
