Season 2013/2014 – I’m an active 50+ year old woman who had a total knee replacement in September of 2013. The knee pain had limited the activities I loved, walking dogs, hiking, cycling, tennis. After five months of prescribed PT rehab, I still felt stiff and my leg muscles had atrophied. I had little energy and was mildly depressed due to continued limited activity.
When I came to Florida for season in January 2014 I began to workout with Rhonda again. The workouts were perfectly designed to strengthen my quads and hamstrings, thereby strengthening my knee. And the workouts were fun and interesting!
